Community Employment
 The Arc can provide direct hiring and placement of dependable temporary or permanent employees. To meet your business's staffing needs; our Supported Employment services will screen individuals for good job matches and prepare them in the skills needed for the job. Job coaches are available to provide on-the-job training and support, as needed, at no cost to the employer.
Individual or group placements are available for a wide variety of tasks. Job coaches provide ongoing, sporadic or time limited support as needed or requested by the employer. Job coaches can return to support training in specific new skills or system changes.
Cleaning crews are available for residential or business needs. Free price quotes are available upon request by calling Linda Muhammad at 973-315-0083.
