Hiring and Placement Services

In addition to completing contract work at our facilities, The Arc can provide the direct placement of dependable temporary or permanent employees.

To meet your business's staffing needs, The Arc can pre-screen, pre-train, and prepare an individual with disabilities who is ready, willing and able to work with or without on site job coaches. Our services to prepare your new employee is free of cost to you – and our coaching staff remains available to provide additional and specific training to your new worker if necessary.
