Contract Services - Production

The Arc offers a variety of cost-effective solutions to meet companies' production needs. Contracts can be either short or long-term. For your outsourced production, jobs can be performed either on-site at your location or off-site at one of The Arc's work sites.

Such outsourcing enables your skilled labor force to do more complex, technical work for which they are trained, thus saving money and improving your cost efficiencies.

On-site Production

To best meet your production needs, a team of supervised, trained workers can come to your work site for a temporary job, which permits you to supplement your workforce without direct hiring.

Off-site at The Arc's Work Centers

Many labor intensive tasks or sub-components of jobs can be produced at The Arc's work site by well trained and supervised workers. Production is designed to meet manufacturer's standards with a high degree of quality control and attention to production deadlines.

The contracted work can either be dropped off at one of the three work sites (Springfield, Cranford or Scotch Plains) or can be picked up and delivered at your convenience by The Arc.
